Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. BITzen is a pay-per-use service. No long term contracts or any kind of commitment. While you are using a fee-based plan you will be paying month to month. In case you switch to the free plan or cancel your account you will be not be charged any more fees.

Can I change the plan I have subscribed to?

Yes, at any moment. As soon as you update your account you will immediately gain access to the utilities of the selected plan without the slightest loss of information.

How are monthly payments made? Is it safe?

If you select a fee-based plan you will be redirected to the following safe page Paypal, where you will be requested to enter your card number. From that moment on, BITzen will be charging you a monthly fee equal to the amount indicated on the selected plan for as long as you make use of its services.

Do I have to wait for a new month to begin in order to subscribe to a fee-based plan?

Of course not. You can subscribe to any fee-based plan whenever you wish to. Your card will be charged month to month so that, if you subscribe to a plan on the 15th of a month, the next payment will be charged on your card on the 15th of the following month. This way you get a whole month of service.

Can I receive an invoice for what I have paid?

You can always download your bill from the "Your account" from the application
